Simon and Melissa are the dream team when it comes to your videography needs! We would highly recommend them! My husband and I originally contacted Capture Productions prior to our October 2020 wedding which we ended modifying to a small intimate wedding ceremony due to covid restrictions. Finally, we got our big day October 2021! Simon and Melissa were very flexible, understanding and responsive during the whole process which helped calm our worries. During both events Simon and Melissa were professional but also felt like part of the family and worked seamlessly with our wedding photographer.  We are so very happy with the final videos from both our weddings and would definitely use them again for our future videography needs. I don't write reviews often but when I do, it's because I've been so impressed it would be a disservice not to give praise when it is due. And now that I only see a few reviews here, I think Capture Media definitely deserves more than these reviews show. I contacted Simon because we didn't think a Zoom wedding would suffice in terms of giving our relatives a true sense of our ceremony. The price he quoted for our ceremony was quite reasonable and his body of work was in the style that resonated with us. I didn't have any concerns in the planning phase as we had a planning call and he also liaised with our wedding coordinator. On the wedding day I remember he had such a positive attitude and was enthusiastic, which made my day so much better as it was stressful enough hoping everything comes together perfectly. When we received the first cut of the video, we were a little scared to watch as we weren't sure how we would appear on camera but we were so impressed with the result and he made us look so good! A lot of the shots he filmed was incorporated really beautifully into the video and it told a complete story of our ceremony. He was also generous with his time in listening to our feedback and applying small changes to make sure all our favourite shots were included. We were initially hesitant to hire a videographer for our ceremony as we weren't sure if the benefit would be worth the cost. But we read online that the #1 regret couples have is not hiring a videographer, and now we know why. We can't imagine how much regret we would have had if Simon was not there to create such a beautiful video to show our family, friends and future children. We have already recommended Capture Media to other friends with upcoming weddings because we have absolutely no complaints and know others will be happy with the service and produce they receive as well.

I truly cannot say enough nice things about Simon and Melissa! They are SO great to work with, extremely talented and will go many extra miles to provide outstanding customer service. It is SO RARE to find humans like Simon and Melissa in this world! We were recommended to them by a few friends who used Capture Productions for their wedding and using them was one of the best decisions of our wedding. We decided to go against all odds and still have a micro wedding during a global pandemic and a time of severe uncertainty. Dealing with Simon and Melissa on what we should do, how to go about things and the last minute planning made us so calm and confident. On our wedding day, they made us forget how stressed and anxious we were with everything and were truly exceptional to work with. Words truly cannot do them justice! Our videos were beyond what we ever imagines, I tear up thinking about the videos - the quality, the editing, the song selection, the sequences in which they were in, and so many more little details. My favorite clips of the video are definitely the done footage they took that displayed our venue SO well, which you can see in the photos I've added. We look forward to working with them again in the future and would never consider any other videographers in town! They were truly our best decision on our wedding day! It was an awesome experience working with Simon.  He made us feel very comfortable. He was very understanding and supportive of our elopement plan changes and was enthusiastic about it, which made us feel at ease and made it all so enjoyable. The video was sent to us rather quickly, it was amazing! We were able to show it at our reception in time. Everything was perfect. We are so blessed to have Capture Productions to capture our most precious moments from our wedding day. They got our sneak peak short clip in JUST 2 days which is completely out of this world, my wife couldn't hold her tears back from happiness. There are crews that will just show up and get the works done and there is Capture Productions who will make sure that you have nothing to worry about on your most important moments as they will ensure those got captured in the most beautiful forms possible.

We would never hesitate to promote their works and recommend their services to EVERYONE we know. They really are GREAT people who do AMAZING works - a very hard combination to come by!!!

Simon and Melissa exceeded our expectations!!

I always knew I wanted to have video for my wedding and they did not disappoint! Our final highlight video was more than I ever dreamed it to be. They did such an amazing job!
From the very beginning of the planning process they listened to us and captured all the important moments that we envisioned in our video, including a drone shot of our entire wedding during a toast on the balcony immediately following our ceremony.
Having them around on our big day was so much fun! If you’re hesitant on having video because you think it will be awkward because you’re being followed around all day and filmed, don’t be! They really make you feel comfortable and we spent most of the day laughing with them.
I am so happy that we chose them to capture our wedding day. If you are on the fence with whether you should have video or not...jump off...and book them!! You will be happy that you did!  :D
